Strategic Autonomy: Industry, Energy and Talent
June 5, 2025 | Villanueva de Gállego, Zaragoza
Foro Sella 2025
The third edition of Foro Sella 2025 Forum will focus its debate on the essential role of energy management in Spain’s strategic autonomy. The event will bring together government leaders, academics, entrepreneurs and experts from the energy sector to analyze three of the fundamental elements for achieving strategic autonomy, as well as the relationship between them: industrial development, industrial energy management and the value of talent, always from the perspective of the European, state, regional and local levels.
The main objective of the conference is to make an analysis of the current situation, but, above all, to discuss possible actions. To this end, questions will be raised such as the definition of the concept of strategic autonomy and will try to answer questions such as: does Europe have enough industrial potential to achieve strategic autonomy; can we have enough energy sources to achieve a high level of autonomy; is Spain’s human capital ready to face the challenge; are we prepared to be a truly competitive industrial destination; and are we ready to be a competitive industrial destination?
